We are a down-to-earth German investor, developer and builder. We plan, construct and sell the apartments we realize — all in-house.
Thanks to financially strong shareholders, the group develops its projects with a high equity ratio. Since its founding in 2002, the group has realized construction projects worth €800 million and retains properties worth €75 million in its portfolio. The company employs around 35 highly motivated staff members at its headquarters in Troisdorf and offices in Frankfurt and Stuttgart. With a project development volume of approximately €1 billion, the group is on a dynamic growth path. We develop and build “great-grandchild-proof” urban quarters under our NEULAND® brand, as well as single-family homes, multi-family buildings, micro-apartments, offices, retail spaces, and hotels.
Frankfurt and the Rhine-Main region are the P+B Group’s home market. Here, we have already completed more than 1,000 apartments – in multi-family buildings, as single-family homes, and in residential quarters.
